Shipping Policy

Processing time

• Ready-to-ship cards and stands are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) and ship from Los Gatos, California.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Custom branded orders include a design step before production. Design proofs are sent within 24 to 48 hours, and the order ships once you approve the proof.

Shipping time and methods

• Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
• Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

Where we ship

• We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping delays

• Weather, carrier issues, or high demand can occasionally delay a shipment. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will track it down.

Lost or stolen packages

• On Point Tech Solutions is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them delivered. If that happens, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
